To ensure your experience at V-Senses Wellness & Spa is truly amazing we recommend: Operating hours: 9:00 – 22:00
Schedule your therapy 24 hours in advance.
To maximize the benefits of your Spa Experience and to avail full Spa Services, please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
If you wish to use the spa facilities, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your spa treatment schedule.
Advise our Spa Receptionist of any prior health concerns or injuries before treatments.
Leave all valuables in your safety box in your room.
Any lost valuables, the management is not responsible for any lost.
To enhance your Spa Experience Cellular phones & electronic devices must be switched off.
Do not eat a heavy meal before your treatment.
Gentlemen who are having a facial are advised to shave at least 3 hours before their therapy.
The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation for all our guests. It is our mission to ensure that you as well as our other spa guests reap the benefits of this peacefulness.
Kindly refrain from smoking or using mobile phones when in the spa.

We kindly ask you to provide a 4-hour notice of any treatment booking changes. Any confirmed spa booking changes is subject to availability.
Bookings will automatically be canceled if you arrive 20 minutes late.
While every effort will be made to provide you with your full treatment time reserved, should you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may have to be reduced depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding.
For Spa Inclusive treatments are not transferable, convertible to cash and cannot be combined.
For Spa Inclusive Treatments, it is indulged to take in a daily basis. If it is not consumed within the day, it is automatically forfeited.
Please provide cancellation notice six hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Children below 16 years old are not allowed anywhere in the spa premises.
However, they are welcome to play at the Kid’s Club while being supervised by an adult.
Children from 16 years old above – with spa treatment should be accompanied by an adult or guardian on their spa booking throughout the duration of the service.
The parent or accompanying guardian must sign a consent form for the minor to receive the spa services.
